1. Booking Terms

By making a booking with OTA Cruises Cruises, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of your chosen cruise line.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the cruise line. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before payment is made in full.

Payment terms:

  • Deposit required at time of booking (amount varies by cruise line)
  • Final payment due 60-90 days before sailing (varies by cruise line)
  • Last-minute bookings may require full payment immediately

3. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation policies vary by cruise line and fare type. Generally:

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days before sailing may receive full refund less deposit
  • Cancellations within 60-90 days may incur 25-50% penalty
  • Cancellations within 30-60 days may incur 50-75% penalty
  • Cancellations within 30 days typically receive no refund

Name changes may be permitted with fees. Itinerary changes by the cruise line may occur and do not entitle you to a refund.

4. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have all required travel documents including:

  • Valid passport (with at least 6 months validity)
  • Required visas
  • Covid-19 vaccination/test documentation if required

OTA Cruises is not responsible for denied boarding due to improper documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover:

  • Trip cancellation/interruption
  • Medical emergencies
  • Baggage loss/delay
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Insurance must be purchased within 14 days of initial deposit for pre-existing condition coverage.

6. Limitations of Liability

OTA Cruises acts as an agent for cruise lines and other travel suppliers. We are not responsible for:

  • Acts or omissions of cruise lines, airlines, hotels, or other suppliers
  • Personal injury, property damage, or other losses during travel
  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
  • Changes to itineraries or cancellation of cruises by operators

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Claims must be filed within one year of the incident.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
